Description

'Thrive: RESET' programme of three nutrition consultations starts with an initial consultation lasting approximately 75 minutes. Your completed nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire will be used to identify the key drivers and triggers of your health issues and you'll develop your first health Plan in this session.
