Physical Therapy Bookings
All face-to-face sessions take up to an hour and are payable at the time of booking via my website.
Zoom consultations of 30 minutes may be booked via my website and are payable on booking.
Acupuncture needles and kinesio-tape will each incur an additional £3 charge which is payable at the time of appointment booking or within 24 hours of your treatment, via my website.
Appointments can be cancelled via my website; a full refund will be processed if the cancellation is more than 24 hours before your appointment.
Please note that no refunds are given if you fail to keep your appointment or cancel/amend with less than 24 working hours in advance.
Nutritional Therapy Booking Terms
Payment is required on booking all Nutritional Therapy consultations, services and programmes.
Any functional laboratory tests, TANITA body composition analysis, blood pressure/blood sugar tests or supplements are charged in addition to the consultation or programme fee, and payment is required on ordering these. Please speak to Amanda for information and to arrange this.
A Supplementation Review is communicated via email. It may be booked following a Nutrition MOT or programme which includes a full health history. It is not available as a stand-alone service, for ethical and medical safety reasons. You will be required to complete a Supplement Review form detailing your health history, current supplements and medications taken as well as your current health status and symptoms.
The Supplementation Review should be booked no more than three months following your last nutrition consultation.
Multi-consultation programmes should be completed within the specific maximum time stated, or within a time period agreed with Amanda Heading in writing.
Please note that the full consultation fee will be charged if you fail to keep your appointment or cancel/amend with less than 24 working hours in advance. This applies to a single consultation; for multi-consultation programmes, the session missed or amended/cancelled with less that 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Once paperwork has been received by Amanda Heading for a Nutritional Therapy consultation or programme, no refunds can be given.
All client nutrition paperwork should be submitted back to Amanda at least 72 hours before your scheduled consultation.
Follow-up consultations can only be booked after completing the THRIVE: Reset Your Health programme and by prior arrangement with Amanda.
Follow-up consultations should be booked within three-months of your last consultation.
Living Life Well Membership
Membership fees are paid monthly: £19.99 per month on joining.
Membership is for a minimum of 3-months; thereafter, membership may be cancelled at any time.
Members will receive a variety of benefits, including discounts on one Dietary/Sports Nutrition MOT and future Courses/Groups run by Amanda Heading.
The Dietary/Sports Nutrition MOT should be booked and taken within the period of membership and is not available if membership is subsequently cancelled.
The Supplementation Review is available to members following a Dietary/Sports Nutrition MOT or nutritional therapy programme. This may be booked 3 months following the MOT/programme and should be taken within the period of membership.It is not available if membership is subsequently cancelled.It is not available as a stand-alone service, as member health history is needed, for ethical and medical safety reasons.
Physio sessions remain at £55/hour and £38/half hour for members.
‘Ask Amanda’ sessions are open, on-line via Zoom and are for general advice to members regarding physical health, fitness/training, nutrition and sports nutrition. Cancellation of membership should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, and notice should be received before the end of each month.
Once cancelled, there will be no access to the website membership club, or any materials within it, ’Ask Amanda’ sessions or membership discounts offered.Any unused services or discounts will automatically cease. Non-members may still access services and webinars offered on payment of the allocated fee.
There are no refunds or transfers of monthly membership fees paid.
Webinar Booking Terms
Webinars are delivered on-line via Zoom.
Recordings will be available to view at a later time but will not include Q&As from the live webinar delivered.
A link for the webinar recording will be sent to all attendees.
Living Life Well members (see below) can access all recordings via the membership portal.
Online Course Booking Terms
Course fees cover all recorded content provided on amandaheading.com and a private group page on Facebook.
All content will remain available to Group members for a minimum of 12 months and can be accessed at a time to suit you and replayed whenever you wish.
Group members may also post feedback, information or questions to share within the Group.
All course members should abide by the Administrator’s code of conduct regarding Facebook group etiquette.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be processed should you decide you no longer wish to continue with the course.
Your email address will be added to our email contact database so that you can receive the link to access the Private Facebook Group and receive my monthly emails containing regular updates, info, exercises and advice. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Information given is general health and fitness advice. If you have any medical concerns or queries reagrding its relevance to you, you are advised to speak to your GP or medical advisor first. Amanda Heading cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained whilst following this course.

Shipping & Fulfillment
There are no physical products to be fulfilled either for Physical Therapies or Online Course Bookings.
Vouchers can be sent by email, post (via Royal Mail First Class) or collected from the Clinic.
Online course bookings are delivered online via this website and/or Facebook.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months and should be used against a service within 12 months of purchase.
Vouchers may be purchased to the amount required by the purchaser.
Vouchers can be redeemed against a booked physio treatment or nutritional therapy consultation of the same value, or used as part-payment towards a service. If the service exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance should be paid in full at the time of physio treatment or on booking the nutritional therapy service.
Vouchers should be purchased by contacting Amanda Heading directly.
Booking a physio/nutritional therapy service using a voucher should be done so by contacting Amanda Heading – there is no option for on-line bookings using a voucher.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
24 working hours’ notice is required to change or cancel booked appointments. Working hours’ notice is weekdays 8am-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-12noon. Appointments booked for a Tuesday following a bank holiday should be cancelled or changed by midday on the Saturday prior. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full fee may be charged and full value of voucher redeemed. If the voucher is used as part-payment towards a service, the outstanding balance may be charged.
