Physiotherapy with Acupuncture

Every treatment I give is different: different from one person to the next and different from one treatment to the next. Because every day, you’re different: a day older, a day more or less hydrated, tired or rested. We are dynamic and that means there’s always a chance we can get better. There is always something we can do to help improve our physical health and physical performance – we just need to find the right tools to do it. Treatments may consist of a combination of therapeutic techniques to restore, maintain and promote your physical health and achieve your full physical potential. Acupuncture can be very useful as part of your treatment, to target neural pain and reduce muscular spasm. All needles are single use only and disposed of appropriately in a sharp’s bin, along with distinfectant swabs used before and after acupuncture. Please ensure you have discussed the use of acupuncture with Amanda, in order to ensure there are no contraindications regarding your health issues. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you bring two medium-sized towels and wear a mask to your physio session. If this is your first physio session, please ensure you've completed the Physio Consult form and bring it with you.
