Physiotherapy Appointment

Description

Every treatment I give is different: different from one person to the next and different from one treatment to the next. Because every day, you’re different: a day older, a day more or less hydrated, tired or rested. We are dynamic and that means there’s always a chance we can get better. There is always something we can do to help improve our physical health and physical performance – we just need to find the right tools to do it. Treatments may consist of a combination of therapeutic techniques to restore, maintain and promote your physical health and achieve your full physical potential. IMPORTANT: Please ensure you bring two medium-sized towels and wear a mask to your physio session. If this is your first physio session, please ensure you've completed the Physio Consult form and bring it with you.
