Musculoskeletal Therapy with K-Tape

Every treatment I give is different: different from one person to the next and different from one treatment to the next. Because every day, you’re different: a day older, a day more or less hydrated, tired or rested. We are dynamic and that means there’s always a chance we can get better. There is always something we can do to help improve our physical health and physical performance – we just need to find the right tools to do it. Treatments may consist of a combination of therapeutic techniques to restore, maintain and promote your physical health and achieve your full physical potential. Kinesio taping can be a helpful element of treatment with regards to reducing swelling, increasing circulation and supporting joint, muscle, tendon and ligament rehabilitation back to full recovery. K-tape is applied with the appropriate stretch and/or compression, to support treatment and rehabilitation objectives. The K-tape used is hypo-allergenic; it may be worn for 3-5 days, and is resilient to showering/bathing, with care. You can even choose your favourite colour or pattern, and wear it with style! IMPORTANT: Please ensure you bring two medium-sized towels; if you have a cold or virus, please wear a mask to your session.
