Description

A single nutrition consultation can be booked on completion of your 'Thrive: Reset your Health' programme or Bronze/Silver/Gold Sports Optimisation sessions. This follow-up session should be taken within 3 months of your last consultation and does not include a check-in call. For on-going support, see 'Thrive: Optimise your Health', which is a programme of three follow-up consultations and check-in calls.
