Your three-day food, drink and lifestyle diary (two training and one ‘rest’ day) is analysed to give an overview of where improvements can be made to maximise the effects of your training, optimise your race/event performance, sustain endurance, increase power or reduce exercise-induced gut issues. Includes a 45-minute consultation regarding your training/race nutrition concerns or symptoms, with recommendations for pre-, during and post- training foods/hydration, event/race choices, food swaps, sports ergonomic aids and supplements. Consultations can be in person or in the comfort of your home by phone or via Zoom. In-person consultations have the option for additional tests**: - Blood pressure and blood sugar checks - TANITA body composition analysis, showing your muscle and fat mass percentage, hydration levels, bone density, BMI, metabolic age, basal metabolic rate and your optimum daily calorie intake based on these results. For those wanting to maximise their training and race/event performance, increase energy/power or reduce exercise-induced gut issues and injuries.
